G’DAY Rewards Membership Program Terms and Conditions

  1. G'day Rewards Membership

    In these Terms and Conditions:
    1. "Annuals" mean long-term casual occupants of any Eligible Park as determined by us from time to time;
    2. "Booking Discount" means the discount available to ‘Mate’, ‘Great Mate’ and ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status levels;
    3. "Discovery Parks" means Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited, ACN 111 782 846;
    4. "Eligible Park" means a tourist accommodation or holiday park owned or operated by, or on behalf of, third party suppliers of those services who are members of the G’day Parks network of parks;
    5. "Eligible Park Website" means a website owned or operated by or on behalf of an Eligible Park;
    6. "Eligible Stay" means a stay booked and fully paid and that meets the criteria set out in 4.6.1;
    7. "G’day Parks", "Licence Co", "we" or "us" means Australian Park Licence Co Pty Limited ACN 622 566 205;
    8. "G’day Rewards Membership Program" or "Program" is the customer loyalty membership program for the benefit of Members managed by us;
    9. "G’day Parks App" means the mobile application owned or operated by G’day Parks that provides access to and management of a Membership;
    10. "Member Park" means an Eligible Park.
    11. "Member" means a member of the G’day Rewards Membership Program;
    12. "Membership" means membership in the G’Day Rewards Membership Program;
    13. "Membership Benefits" means benefits we provide to Members as part of the Program, and where applicable includes the Partner Benefits;
    14. "Membership Card" means the card issued (including digital or virtual cards) by us linked to a Membership for use by the Member;
    15. "Membership Fee" means the fee charged by us from time to time to Members in consideration of providing a Membership;
    16. "Membership Number" means the number issued on the Membership Card and linked to a Membership;
    17. "Membership Portal" means the online portal that Members can use to access Membership information and redeem Membership Benefits and Partner Benefits;
    18. "Membership Status" means the Membership status level a Member has earned in accordance with these terms and conditions;
    19. "Permanent Residents" means long term residential occupants (as defined in each State’s relevant laws) of an Eligible Park;
    20. "Partners" means third party suppliers that have entered into an agreement with us to provide Partner Benefits;
    21. "Partner Benefits" means benefits (for example, discounts and rebates for goods and services) supplied by Partners to Members;
    22. "RRP" means recommended retail price;
    23. "Status Expiry Date" means the date an upgraded Membership Status level expires after an Upgrade Period;
    24. "Upgrade Period" means the 12 month period from the date we upgrade a Membership Status;
    25. "Valid Membership" means a fully paid and current G’day Rewards Membership;
    26. "Valid Membership Card" or "Valid Membership Number" means a Membership Card or Membership Number linked to a Valid Membership;
    27. "Website" means the G’day Rewards website at www.gdayrewards.com.au; and
    28. "Workstay residents" means a temporary resident or occupant at one or more Eligible Parks in connection with their employment or work related purposes.
  2. G'day Rewards Membership

    1. Agreement to Terms

      1. By joining G’day Rewards, and as a condition of participation, the Member accepts these terms and conditions and any rules, policies and procedures that may be adopted by us from time to time.
      2. If an individual does not agree to abide by, or accept these terms and conditions, they must not apply for, nor maintain a Membership.
      3. Subject to these terms and conditions, any natural person who is a customer of Discovery Parks or G’day Parks may become a Member.
      4. Each person may only join G’day Rewards once and will receive one Membership Card.
      5. All Members will be assigned a Membership number, which will be used to verify Membership validity and status.
    2. Membership Validity

      1. The Membership Period for a Valid Membership is 24 months (2 years).
      2. The Membership Period commences from the date the Membership Fee payment is successfully processed by us.
      3. If a Member that has achieved ‘Mate’, ‘Great Mate’ or ‘Best Mate’ Membership Status fails to renew their Membership (by paying the required fee by the Membership renewal date) the Membership Status will default to ‘Free Mate’.
      4. If a Membership is renewed within the time specified in 2.6.2 we will reinstate the previous Membership Status level.
      5. If a Membership expires or is not renewed the ‘Free Mate’ status will remain until the former Member renews or opts out of communications from us.
    3. Membership Exclusions

      1. Permanent Residents are only eligible to earn and receive Membership Benefits at Eligible Parks where they do not ordinarily reside or otherwise maintain a permanent site in the corresponding Eligible Park.
      2. Workstay residents are not eligible to earn and receive Membership Benefits.
    4. Membership Card and Identification

      1. A Member can opt to receive a physical or digital Membership Card at the time of becoming a G’day Rewards Member. If the Member does not make a choice at this time a physical Membership Card will be provided.
      2. All physical Membership Cards remain the property of G’day Parks. The Member must exercise reasonable care in having and maintaining a physical Membership Card and must immediately return or destroy it on our request.
      3. Should a Member require a replacement of a physical Membership Card, we will use reasonable endeavours to issue a replacement card to the relevant Member. There may be a cost to replace a physical Membership Card.
      4. There is no difference between the value and benefits attached to a physical Membership Card and a digital Membership Card.
      5. Members may provide proof of Membership by presenting a Membership Card, displaying a valid Membership in the G’day Parks App, providing official correspondence from G’day Rewards confirming Membership details, or by providing their Membership number together with a valid form of identification.
    5. Membership Portal

      1. Members can manage their Membership details and access their booking history via the G'day Rewards Member Portal accessible via the Website.
      2. To access the Membership Portal, Members must first register using their Membership Number, last name, postcode, email address and assign a username and password.
      3. Only Members with a valid email address can register to use the Membership Portal.
    6. Membership Renewal

      1. Membership can be renewed either via the Website, over the telephone, in person at an Eligible Park or by sending a renewal application form to us via post and paying the required Membership Fee.
      2. Membership must be renewed within 3 months of the relevant Membership expiry date for a Member to retain the existing earned Membership Status level and to retain the existing accrual of Eligible Stays used to earn a higher Membership Status level.
      3. We do not take any responsibility for any potential delays caused by loss of cheque or other payments made when a Member has chosen to send a renewal application form via post. This includes, without limitation, the loss of any payment, mail intercepted with malicious intent, or internal delays in processing the Membership renewal which causes the relevant Membership expiry date to pass.
    7. Membership Disqualification

      1. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a Member or Membership Status, including personal details and booking history, and to disqualify any Membership that we consider has or may have been tampered with, including but not limited to, use of any software or any other mechanism that results in a Membership misrepresenting the Eligible Stays or Membership Status level earned.
      2. We reserve the right to terminate a Membership or refuse to accept an application for Membership from any person that we consider has, or has attempted to, tamper, with a Membership, including but not limited to, unauthorised intervention or fraud.
  3. G'day Rewards Membership Status Tiers

    1. G'day Rewards 'Free Mate' Membership Status

      1. A G'day Rewards 'Free Mate' Member will receive:
        1. access to pre-release holiday deals at Discovery Parks or G’day Parks; and
        2. access to a digital copy of the G’day Magazine and G’day National Guide;
      2. G'day Rewards 'Free Mate' Members are not entitled to any additional benefits.
    2. G'day Rewards 'Mate' Membership Status

      1. A G'day Rewards 'Mate' Member will receive: Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.
        1. a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
        2. access to Partner Benefits;
        3. one benefit once per Eligible Stay per year, based on a choice of three benefit types: Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit; and
        4. one Free Park Equipment Hire benefit once per Eligible Stay per year.
    3. G'day Rewards 'Great Mate' Membership Status

      1. A G'day Rewards 'Great Mate' Member will receive: Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.
        1. a 10% discount on the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park up to the value of $50 per stay;
        2. access to Partner Benefits;
        3. one benefit once per Eligible Stay, based on a choice of three benefit types: Free Bag of Ice, Free Early Check-in or Free Late Check-out benefit;
        4. three Free Park Equipment Hire benefits to be redeemed once per Eligible Stay per year; and
        5. one Free Upgrade benefit once per Eligible Stay per year.
    4. G'day Rewards 'Best Mate' Membership Status

      1. A G'day Rewards 'Best Mate' Member will receive: Note: These benefits are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.
        1. a 10% discount on the total value of the accommodation charge for one site or single cabin at an Eligible Park per Eligible Stay for the first 19 consecutive nights (excluding Permanent Residents and Annuals);
        2. access to Partner Benefits;
        3. free Bag of Ice benefit once per Eligible Stay;
        4. free Early Check-in benefit once per Eligible Stay;
        5. free Late Check-out benefit once per Eligible Stay;
        6. six free Park Equipment Hire benefits to be redeemed once per Eligible Stay per year;
        7. two Free Upgrade benefits to be redeemed once per Eligible Stay per year; and
        8. One Extra Night benefit once per Eligible Stay per year.
  4. Earning Membership Status Tiers

    1. Earning 'Free Mate' Membership Status

      1. A Member will receive 'Free Mate' Status if they have:
        1. subscribed via the Website to receive news and offers relating to the G’day Rewards Membership Program; or
        2. passed their Membership expiry date without renewing their Membership.
    2. Earning 'Mate' Membership Status

      1. A Member will earn 'Mate' status once they have purchased a Membership via the Website, over the telephone or in person at any Eligible Park.
    3. Earning 'Great Mate' Membership Status

      1. A Member will earn 'Great Mate' status once they have:
        1. purchased a valid Membership via the Website, over the telephone or in person at any Eligible Park;
        2. completed three separate Eligible Stays at an Eligible Park or completed 10 nights across one or more Eligible Stays at any Eligible Park within a single 12 month period; and
        3. completed all Eligible Stays at Eligible Parks and adhered to the Eligible Stay booking criteria.
    4. Earning 'Best Mate' Membership Status

      1. A Member will earn 'Best Mate' status once they have:
        1. purchased a valid Membership via the Website, over the telephone or in person at any Eligible Park;
        2. completed six separate Eligible Stays at an Eligible Park or completed 20 nights across two or more stays at any Eligible Park within a 12-month period; and
        3. completed Eligible Stays at an Eligible Park and adhered to the Eligible Stay booking criteria.
    5. Earning Membership Status Levels

      1. A Member must have a Valid Membership to earn G’day Rewards Membership Status levels.
      2. G’day Rewards Membership Status upgrades are calculated only on Eligible Stays.
      3. Earned upgrades (Great Mate/Best Mate) to G’day Rewards Membership Status levels will be communicated to Members via the Membership Portal.
      4. Membership Status earned upgrades are valid from the commencement of an Upgrade Period and will be assigned a Status Expiry Date.
      5. Members may use Membership Benefits of any existing Membership Status or earn a higher Membership Status during the Upgrade Period until the Status Expiry Date.
      6. If a Member earns a higher Membership Status during an Upgrade Period the Upgrade Period will reset from date of upgrade to the higher Membership Status and the higher Membership Status will be assigned a new Status Expiry Date.
      7. Members are required to re-qualify for existing or higher Membership Status before the Status Expiry Date in order to retain their current level of Membership Status.
      8. If a Member has earned a Membership Status that has a Status Expiry Date that expires after their current Membership expiry date the earned Membership Status will continue to be recognised until the Status Expiry Date provided the Member renews their Membership prior to the Membership expiry date.
      9. A Membership Status will not be recognised regardless of Status Expiry Date if it is not linked to a Valid Membership.
      10. Membership Status levels will be calculated, at a minimum, on a monthly basis.
    6. Eligible Stays and Linked Bookings

      1. An Eligible Stay will only be included in calculations relating to a Member’s Status if:
        1. the linked booking includes a Valid Membership Number;
        2. the name on the booking matches the name on the Valid Membership Card;
        3. the Valid Membership Number linked to the booking is confirmed at check-in;
        4. the Membership is valid at the time of check-out for the linked booking;
        5. the linked booking does not overlap with another booking that has already been linked to an Eligible Stay and allocated to the same Member;
        6. the linked booking is not a permanent, Workstay or Annual accommodation stay;
        7. the linked booking was made via an Eligible Park Website or by telephone or in person in an Eligible Park;
        8. the linked booking is used to the check-out date;
        9. the linked booking has not been cancelled;
        10. the linked booking has been paid in full; and
        11. the linked booking has a value greater than $0.
      2. The maximum number of accredited nights that will be included on each Eligible Stay is 19 nights.
      3. We do not guarantee the availability of any Eligible Park accommodation at any time or location to any Member (or any other person).
    7. Viewing Booking History and Claiming Lost Bookings

      1. Member Booking History is accessible via the Membership Portal.
      2. Each Booking is assigned a status description: Note booking history status naming convention may change from time to time.
        1. In Progress: booking is being validated and will be applied once confirmed;
        2. Resolved: booking will count towards earning a Member’s next Membership Status upgrade;
        3. Allocated: booking has already counted towards earning a Member’s current Membership Status upgrade; and
        4. Declined: booking is not valid and cannot count towards a Membership Status upgrade.
      3. If a Member believes an Eligible Stay has not been applied to their booking history, they may elect to complete and submit a missing booking form on the Website.
      4. We do not guarantee the accuracy of a Member’s booking history.
  5. Membership Benefits

    1. Redeeming Membership benefits

      1. Membership Benefits may be seasonal, and type and availability may vary between Eligible Parks.
      2. Membership Benefits will only be provided to the person who is named on the Membership Card.
      3. Membership Benefits are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
      4. Membership Benefits cannot be applied retrospectively.
      5. Any Member redeeming Member Benefits during a stay at an Eligible Park will also be required to agree to the park terms and conditions set at the discretion of the individual park.
      6. We do not guarantee the availability of any Membership Benefits at any time or location to any Member (or any other person).
      7. Membership Benefits may be substituted at any time by Eligible Parks at their discretion if the requested Membership Benefit is unavailable.
    2. Redeeming Booking Discount benefit

      1. A Booking Discount benefit cannot be used on a booking for multiple sites or cabins.
      2. A Booking Discount benefit can be redeemed by, and only applies to, direct bookings made via an Eligible Park Website, or in person at an Eligible Park or via the telephone.
      3. A Booking Discount benefit cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotion or package offer by us, Discovery Parks, G’day Parks, Partners or any other third party.
      4. A Booking Discount benefit is subject to availability of accommodation at an Eligible Park.
    3. Redeeming Free Bag of Ice benefit

      1. Redemption of the Free Bag of Ice benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks.
      2. The RRP of a Free Bag of Ice may vary from park to park.
      3. The Free Bag of Ice benefit can be redeemed in person in an Eligible Park only.
    4. Redeeming Early Check-in benefit

      1. An Early Check-in will be no earlier than 12pm. Eligible Parks may choose to offer an Early Check-in time before 12pm at their discretion.
      2. Redemption of the Early Check-in benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks.
      3. The RRP of an Early Check-in may vary from park to park.
      4. The Early Check-in benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park Website (requested via the additional comments field), over the telephone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    5. Redeeming Late Check-out benefit

      1. A Late Check-out will be no later than 12pm unless by prior agreement with the Eligible Park. Eligible Parks may choose to offer a Late Check-out time after 12pm at their discretion.
      2. Redemption of the Late Check-out benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks.
      3. The RRP of a Late Check-out may vary from park to park.
      4. The Late Check-out benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park Website (requested via the additional comments field), over the telephone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    6. Redeeming Free Park Equipment Hire benefit

      1. Redemption of the Free Park Equipment Hire benefit is subject to availability at all Eligible Parks.
      2. Redemption of the Free Park Equipment Hire benefit is capped at $10 for non-motorised equipment and $20 for motorised equipment per Eligible Stay.
      3. The RRP of a Free Park Equipment Hire benefit may vary from park to park.
      4. The Free Park Equipment Hire benefit can be redeemed in person in an Eligible Park only.
    7. Redeeming Free Upgrade benefit

      1. The Free Upgrade benefit can only be redeemed when it forms part of an Eligible Stay at an Eligible Park.
      2. The Free Upgrade benefit will be applied to the next highest accommodation product within the same accommodation category in the original booking. Eligible accommodation categories for the Free Upgrade benefit are sites or cabins.
      3. The Free Upgrade benefit is subject to availability at Eligible Parks.
      4. The Free Upgrade benefit can be redeemed via an Eligible Park Website (requested via the additional comments field), over the telephone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    8. Redeeming One Extra Night benefit

      1. The One Extra Night benefit can be redeemed for one site or single cabin for one night at an Eligible Park and is calculated based on average nightly accommodation charge of previous Eligible Stays up to the value of $250.
      2. The One Extra Night benefit can only be redeemed when it forms part of an Eligible Stay at an Eligible Park.
      3. When the accommodation charges for multiple nights of an Eligible Stay are not equal in value, the One Extra Night benefit will be applied to the lowest nightly accommodation charge of the Eligible Stay.
      4. The One Extra Night benefit can only be redeemed via an Eligible Park Website (requested via the additional comments field), over the telephone, or in person in an Eligible Park.
    9. Redeeming Digital G'day Magazine and Digital G'day Park Guide benefits

      1. All Members must provide a valid email address to be eligible to receive Digital G’day Magazine and Digital G’day Park guide benefits.
    10. Additional Member Benefits

      1. We may offer complimentary upgrades to Members at any time, at our own discretion.
    11. Partners and Partner Benefits

      1. Valid Members may access the Partner Benefits.
      2. Partners Benefits, and related terms and conditions can be found on the Website.
      3. We accept no responsibility for the provision or availability of Partner Benefits.
      4. We are not liable to any person for any cost, liability, claim or expense arising as a result of cancellation or termination of Partner Benefits.
      5. To claim Partner Benefits from Partners, a Member must present a Valid Membership Card to the Partner at the time of transaction where claiming of a Partner Benefit occurs. If the transaction is being made by telephone or via the internet, the Member must supply a valid Membership Number to the relevant Partner at the time of purchase.
      6. Partner Benefits (if any) offered by a Partner are subject to availability and any terms and conditions disclosed by the Partner which are available on the Website.
      7. Any Partner may change, cancel or vary their offering of Partner Benefits to Members without notice provided that any such change will not impact any previously confirmed purchases of Partner Benefits by a Valid Member.
      8. We do not guarantee the availability of any Partner Benefit promoted by any Partner.
      9. We may receive a payment from a Partner as a result of the promotion of a Partner Benefit or its redemption by a Member.
  6. G'day Rewards Membership Program

    1. Program Changes

      1. We may make any changes to the Program or Partners, including changing these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice to Members.
      2. We will advise Members of all changes to these terms and conditions via the Website.
  7. Other Terms

    1. Termination or Suspension of Program

      1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Membership if we reasonably believe that the Member has breached these terms and conditions.
      2. A Member may terminate their Membership at any time by notice in writing to us and any unused component of the Membership will be forfeited and no refund of any Membership Fees will be issued.
      3. We give no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Membership Program and we may terminate or suspend the Membership Program at any time upon 14 days prior notice, either in writing or via email or by posting online on the Website.
      4. If the program is terminated:
        1. all confirmed and paid bookings will be fulfilled by Discovery Parks and G’day Parks at the discounted rates offered to Members;
        2. Members who have not received G’day Rewards up to a value of $50 during the current Membership period will have their Membership Fee refunded in full;
        3. Members who have received G’day Rewards up to a value of $50 or more during the current Membership period will not receive a refund; and
        4. neither Discovery Parks or G’day Parks is liable to any person for any cost, liability, claim or expense arising as a result of cancellation or termination of the Program.
      5. If we cease to operate for any reason, the Program will terminate immediately and clause 7.1.4 will not apply other than clause 7.1.4(d).
    2. Collection of Personal Information

      1. We respect the privacy of Members and will only deal with personal information in accordance with our privacy policy which is available here: https://www.gdayrewards.com.au/privacy-policy
    3. Liability

      1. Your purchase of any accommodation or other goods or services may be subject to certain laws, including statutory warranties under the Australian Consumer Law.
      2. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify or purport to limit, exclude or modify any statutory implied guarantees and warranties that cannot be lawfully limited, excluded or modified as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
      3. Other than as set out in this clause 7.3, and to the full extent permitted by law, all rights, remedies, conditions, guarantees and implied and express warranties in respect of any goods or services provided by us are excluded, in particular:
        1. we are not liable to you or anyone else (including for negligence, breach of contract or tort) for any loss or damage (including specific, indirect, consequential or economic loss) however caused and which is suffered directly or indirectly in connection with the use of our Website, including without limitation use of any good or service purchased, provided or booked through or in connection with our Website;
        2. the Eligible Parks are independent from us and are not our agents or employees. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any Eligible Park, including for injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We will not be liable for any cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control;
        3. we are not liable for disruptions to our Website (howsoever arising) and do not guarantee the accuracy of any information on our website, and you acknowledge that it may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors;
        4. we do not warrant that the Website or any email sent by us are free of viruses or other harmful components and we are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with use of our Website; and
        5. you agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions (‘Liability’) provided that your indemnity will be reduced to the extent that a Court finds our negligent act or omission has contributed to such Liability.
      4. If any warranties relating to goods or services obtained from us are implied by us at law and cannot be excluded by us, then to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability to you is limited to:
        1. in the case of goods supplied to you by us, the repair or replacement of the relevant goods; and
        2. in the case of services supplied to you by us, the supply of the relevant services again, or the payment of the cost of resupplying the services.
    4. General

      1. No failure under these terms and conditions to exercise nor any delay in exercising any right, power or remedy by us operates as a waiver and any waiver will be not valid or binding on us unless we make it in writing.
      2. A Member must not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these terms in our absolute discretion.
      3. Acceptance of these terms and conditions forms an Agreement which is governed by the laws of South Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction there in connection with these matters concerning this Agreement.
      4. Any part of these terms and conditions which is found to be invalid or unenforceable at law is severed from these terms of use without affecting the balance of the terms of use.

  8. G’Day Rewards Membership Gift Voucher

    1. ​Purchase of a G'day Rewards Gift Voucher

      1. A G’day Rewards Membership Gift Voucher (Voucher) may be purchased for a full price Membership, valued at $50 (AUD) including GST. The value of a Voucher cannot be changed. 

      2. Each Voucher will be provided in electronic form to the email address specified by the purchaser.  Hardcopies will not be issued.

      3. Each Voucher will contain a unique “Promo Code”.  A Voucher is redeemable using the Voucher’s Promo Code via the G’day Rewards website www.gdayrewards.com.au/join or by phoning the G’day Rewards Office on 1300 061 811

      4. A Voucher may only be redeemed to purchase a G’day Rewards Membership and may not be used to purchase any other goods or services including without limitation accommodation, meals or sightseeing.

      5. A Membership purchased using a Voucher commences from the date the Voucher is redeemed.

      6. A Voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining value after the single transaction has been made will be void of no value. Any unused value will not be refunded.

      7. A Voucher may not be redeemed or exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

      8. G’day Rewards is not liable for any lost or stolen Vouchers. If the Voucher is lost, stolen or destroyed, it cannot be replaced or refunded.

      9. A Voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed prior to the expiry date listed on the Voucher.   Any Voucher not used prior to the expiry date will be void and of no value.  Any unused value will not be refunded.

      10. The purchaser of any Voucher is responsible for informing G’day Rewards of the correct email address for delivery of the Voucher. G’day Rewards is not liable for any Vouchers which are lost or undelivered via email.

      11. Should G’day Rewards suspect any fraud relating to a Voucher, G’day Rewards may refuse to redeem the Voucher until G’day Rewards is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
